With more than 25 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, Dr. Tanya Crowle is a dedicated family and sports chiropractor specializing in unlocking full body potential and promoting optimal alignment and neurological function. As a high-performance coach and elite karate instructor at Varsity Performance Karate in Victoria, B.C., Canada, Tanya combines her extensive knowledge in chiropractic care with a passion for martial arts. She is owner and CEO of the Lagree Life Fitness studio, where she focuses on the revolutionary Lagree Method, ensuring her students achieve their fitness goals through precise thoughtful movement patterns and foundational fitness.

In addition to her role as a coach, team manager, and team doctor at Varsity Karate, Tanya holds a black belt and is a Comp Dev NCCP karate competition coach. She collaborates closely with Sensei Kraig Devlin to nurture athletes from recreational to elite competition levels.
